I have not posted for 2 months now. I am sorry about that. The reason is that I needed clarity to my Amazon Affiliate business and the way forward. I had a set back with this business, but I will tell you about it later. I want to tell you about The Miracle Morning.
After my Amazon set back I was little bit depresses, but then I discovered The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. This has changed my state of mind and much more in the last 26 days. I am on day 27 today of the 30 day challenge.
I am reading The Miracle Morning and started the 30 day Challenge while reading the book. Sometimes you feel stuck in life and need a new direction. This book will help you with this. This book will help you get started right in the beginning of each day and set you up for a great day every day. A great day starts with a great morning routine and this book will help you with it. If every day in your life starts right, you will have a great life.

Here are more details on what I am doing in the mornings for the last 27 days:
Here’s my morning routine. You can change it as you want. I am still changing mine. It is flexible, but you need to do 6 things every morning.
1. Silence – 5 minutes quiet time. Pray and be quiet. Try for two minutes to think about nothing. I am still working on this myself, but I will keep at it. Your mind is like a computer. You should try to shut down once a day. This is not easy, but I close my eyes and focus on my breathing and then try to think of nothing.
2. Affirmations – You get sample affirmations with book. You may add more for yourself. I have a 10 min meditation that I do with an audio from Hannes Dreyer and the another 13 min audio with just affirmations I got from Gavin. Email me if you would like a copy. They are 8mb and 16mb in size.
3. Visualization – I’m still working on this too, but to start you should know what you want in life. 99% of people do not know, so they have no direction. In the book are detailed instructions on how to do it. There is much more information on the Internet which prove that visualization works.
4. Exercise
Here is what I do, but you may do what you like. I started off with much less but as I am getting fit I can do more now:
30 Jumping Jacks
2 min Run on spot or around house
20 pushups
30 Jumping Jacks
2 min Run on spot or around house
30 situps
I do the above 3 times. I plan to do more when I get fit.
5. Reading – It is part of your self-development. Try and spend 10 minutes reading. Any self-help books. You can get a few books a year as read. I suggest that you re-read any good books you already have first. You get 2x more from a book when you read it the 2nd time. I got started by reading The Miracle Morning twice.
6. Scribing (Writing) – I bought at Dischem a College Exercise Book for less than R6.00 ($0.50). I plan to later move on to A4 hardcover book with each day in it. Write the date and write what you have done or will do today or anything that is in your mind like a dairy. The idea is that you can go back 30 days and see how you have grown.
You can may spend 6 min or 60 min. I started with 60 minutes, but now spend 90 min in the morning doing it. You can also change the order of the 6 activities above. I sometimes do the exercise last and sometimes I do the reading last before I jump in the shower.
One of the biggest challenges to get started is to find time to do it. The best time is in the mornings. So the bad news is you need to get up 60 min earlier than your regular time to get up! So if you rise at 6am you new time will be 5am. I get up at 4:15am. My regular time was 6am, this has all changed now.
In the book there are ways to make it easier for you to get up.
